Accommodation cancellation terms and conditions
Only written cancellations to CME Ltd. will be considered.
Before 1 September 2025 – full reimbursement less the amount due for one night. The remaining amount will be refunded less bank charges.
After 1 October 2025 or no-show – no refunds will be made
Reducing the length of stay on-site is not accepted.
