Hotel facilities included 2 restaurants, 3 bars, in-door pool and SPA centre, free high-speed internet access throughout the hotel, underground parking.
The hotel reservation is guaranteed only upon full prepayment of the entire stay.
Any change or cancellation of a reservation must be submitted in writing to Congresses and Events (CME) by email, and not to the hotel.
For cancellations made by March 20, 2026, the full amount for accommodation will be refunded.
For cancellations made between March 20 and April 10, 2026, the amount paid for accommodation will be refunded minus the first night.
After April 10, 2026, reservation cancellations are not accepted.
After this date, Congresses and Events does not guarantee availability at the proposed hotel.
In case of a shortened stay, the amount paid for hotel accommodation is not refundable.
Payments are made only in Bulgarian leva, regardless of the dual currency indication of the prices.
Due to the upcoming transition from the Bulgarian lev to the euro, payments will be accepted in leva until December 31, 2025, and as of January 1, 2026 – only in euro.
