Hotel Rila is located in the heart of Borovets – the first mountain resort in the Balkans, situated 70 km from Sofia. The hotel is set at the foot of the ski slopes, just 200 meters from the gondola lift. It offers a spa center, a variety of restaurants, and entertainment venues.
The hotel provides on-site parking and free Wi-Fi. The conference center offers multiple options for organizing business or private events. Guests have complimentary access to the spa, which includes a 25-meter swimming pool, two whirlpools, a fitness center, thermal zones, and relaxation areas.
Accommodation prices include:
- Buffet breakfast and dinner
- Free use of the indoor swimming pool (25m), jacuzzis, and spa center (saunas, steam baths, etc.)
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
- Tourist tax and hotel insurance
Hotel reservations are only guaranteed upon full prepayment of the total accommodation cost.
Any changes or cancellations must be sent in writing to Congress Management and Events (CME) via email — not directly to the hotel.
Cancellation policy:
- For cancellations made by 2 March, the full accommodation amount will be refunded
- Until 11 May, in case of cancellation of hotel reservations, a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged
- After 11 May, in case of cancellation of hotel reservations or shortening of the stay on site, a penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged
- After this date, Congress Management and Events cannot guarantee accommodation availability at the listed hotel.
No refunds will be issued for shortened stays.
