Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations are guaranteed only with full prepayment.
- Cancellations are accepted in writing only, sent to Congress Management and Events Ltd. (CME).
- Until April 22: Hotel reservations can be canceled without charges.
- From April 22 to May 22: Cancellations will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay.
- After May 22: Cancellations and stay reductions made on-site will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation cost.
