Cancellation policy:
- For cancellations made by September 10, the full accommodation amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations made after September 10, 2025, the refund will exclude the first night.
- After October 1, 2025, no cancellations will be accepted.
- After this date, Congresses and Events cannot guarantee availability in the proposed hotel.
No refunds will be issued in case of a shortened stay.
