Reservations are guaranteed only with full prepayment.
Cancellations are accepted in writing only, sent to Congress Management and Events Ltd. (CME).
Until April 11: Hotel reservations can be canceled without charges.
After April 11: Cancellations and stay reductions made on-site will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation cost.
