The hotel reservation is guaranteed only upon full prepayment of the entire stay.
Any changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to Congress Management and Events (CME), not directly to the hotel.
Cancellations made until 13 March 2026 are fully refundable.
For cancellations between 13 March and 3 April 2026, the paid amount will be refunded excluding the first night.
After 3 April 2026, cancellations are not accepted and accommodation availability is not guaranteed. In case of a shortened stay, the accommodation fee is non-refundable.
Due to the transition from the Bulgarian lev to the euro, from 1 January 2026 all payments will be accepted in euros only.
