Students must provide a valid student ID or a certified record book for the current academic year as proof of their status.

The participation fee must be paid in advance via one of the following methods:
– By credit/debit card through the online registration system
– By bank transfer upon receiving a pro forma invoice
All bank transfer fees are at the payer’s expense.
Cancellation policy:
For cancellations made by October 1, 2025, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded.
For cancellations made after October 1, 2025, participation fees are non-refundable.
An online certificate of participation will be sent to all participants after the conclusion of the congress.
