AQUACHIM JSC is a Bulgarian private company established by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Borislav Velikov (major shareholder) in 1992 as a partner of MERCK KGaA, Germany. After developing the market for MERCKs’ products, the established market share was sold to MERCK Bulgaria.
