Cancellation policy
Only written cancellations to CME will be considered. The following cancellation policy will apply:
- before 10 August 2025 – full reimbursement less the amount due for one night. The remaining amount will be refunded less bank charges.
- after 10 August 2025 or no-show – no refunds will be made
- reducing the length of stay on-site is not accepted.
