Cancellation Policy for Individual Reservations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Until 10 May 2027: Cancellation free of charge.
- Until 10 August 2027: The cost of one night’s accommodation will be retained. The remaining amount will be refunded after deducting an administrative fee of EUR 20.
- After 10 August 2027: No refunds will be issued in case of no-show or shortening of the stay.
Shortening the stay on-site is not permitted.
Cancellation Policy for Group Reservations
Group reservations are defined as bookings of more than 5 rooms. To guarantee a group reservation, full prepayment for all requested rooms is required by 5 April 2027.
Cancellations:
- Until 10 May 2027: Up to 40% of the requested rooms may be cancelled free of charge.
- Until 10 July 2027: Up to 20% of the rooms may be cancelled free of charge, subject to a EUR 20 administrative fee.
- Until 10 August 2027: Up to 5% of the rooms may be cancelled free of charge, subject to a EUR 20 administrative fee.
- After 10 August 2027 and on-site: 100% of the cost of the requested rooms will be charged.
- Shortening the stay on-site: No refunds will be issued for any shortened stay.
