It is our great pleasure to invite you to be part of the 12th Bulgarian Bifurcation and Complex Coronary Interventions Course which will be held on 26-28 January, 2024.
The 12th Course is a hybrid event that provides the possibility of in-person and online participation, thus aiming to meet the needs of all colleagues in Bulgaria and worldwide who are interested in bifurcations. Traditionally, we welcome about 120 Bulgarian and foreign delegates. Participation is free of charge and reflects our commitment to free and timely knowledge sharing.
The Course will devote its attention primarily to the Drug-eluting stents (DES) REVOLUTION IN PCI – all novelties that have been obtained in the recent past. We would like to highlight the 20-year anniversary from adoption of DES to clinical practice after first trials’ results as the main focus of the Course.
The program will include a scientific session dedicated to historical development of DES which is aimed to reveal the specific characteristics of all aspects of DES technology.
The Course will make also an overview on impact of DES technology on development of PCI, optimal DES implantation, stent failure with DES, predicting factors, diagnosis and treatment.
The program activities shall be led by experts and distinguished speakers from different leading institutions worldwide. Our prospective audience includes cardiologists and more specifically interventional cardiologists, angiologists and other healthcare professionals.
The scientific program will consist of multiple state-of-the-art lectures, debates and live-cases on issues of major current clinical interest. The Course will be an integrated scaffold of learning, sharing knowledge and breakthrough science.

The Course will be held as a hybrid event (both face-to-face and online). The access to the event is free, with no registration fee.
Participants are required to pre-register by completing the online registration form and choosing the type of their participation – on-site or online.
E-certificate will be sent to all registered participants within 2 weeks after the end of the course.
