On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the 4th National Congress of Angiology with International Participation, which will take place on June 5–6, 2026, at the Grand Hotel Millennium, Sofia.

The event serves as a platform for bringing together angiologists, vascular surgeons, interventional specialists, and all professionals involved in vascular health, with the aim of exchanging knowledge, ideas, and clinical experience.

The scientific program is structured into thematic sessions covering key and up-to-date areas of modern angiology, including:

• Phlebology

• Diseases of the abdominal aorta and mesenteric arteries

• Subclavian and carotid atherosclerosis

• Peripheral arterial disease and critical limb ischemia

• Angio-oncology

• Lipedema

• Atherosclerosis

A special highlight of the program is the International Scientific Session, dedicated to Congenital Vascular Malformations, which will provide an opportunity to become acquainted with international experience, contemporary diagnostic and therapeutic approaches, and to engage in active discussion of complex clinical cases.

The program also includes symposia and discussion formats that will encourage interdisciplinary dialogue and enhance the practical focus of the congress.
