Dear colleagues,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the X Jubilee Course on Coronary Physiology and Physiology of Non-Coronary Vessels, which will be held in the period 24 – 26 June 2022 in Hotel Imperial, Plovdiv.
For the past ten years, the Coronary Physiology Course has brought together leading Bulgarian and international experts in the fields of interventional cardiology, neurology, angiology, vascular surgery and physiology to discuss current issues and innovations.
From its first edition, the course aims to support young professionals in the field by combining both lecture, discussion and practical activities. Now in its fourth year, the course is also accompanied by a live clinical case presentation from Acibadem City Clinic Tokuda Hospital. This panel sparked a very intense discussion during the broadcast and provided an opportunity for course attendees to get a live view and ask their questions to the real-time operators.
The motto of the anniversary edition of the Course is “Vision of the Future”. The topic is necessitated by the increasing use of functional assessment in decision making in the catheterization laboratory. Within these two days we will have the pleasure to hear lectures and interesting clinical cases, both from the leading Bulgarian specialists in the field and from world-renowned names in interventional cardiology.
A joint session with the CHUV University Hospital, Lausanne (Lausanne University Hospital CHUV), Switzerland is included in the programme.
The course programme also includes an accompanying exhibition of pharmaceutical and instrument companies on 25 – 26 June in the foyer of Hotel Imperial.
We hope that this time the course will continue the tradition of free discussion and exchange of views by all participants.
The course will be held under the auspices of the Bulgarian Society of Interventional Cardiology.
